I am a motivated, dedicated, and hard-working writer, editor, and content strategist, as well as a personal trainer.
I’ve worked on longform video projects, writing and editing the script, doing host and expert research and selection, and managing on-set editorial needs and direction. In addition to the Runner’s World Guide Mental Health, which was nominated for a Webby Award, I worked on the other projects listed below. I’ve also worked as an on-camera trainer, both leading workouts for Runner’s World marathon strength workouts and Bicycling century strength workouts, as well as a backup on set, demonstrating modifications.

In addition to longform videos, I also have experience leading on-camera interviews. For example, I led a series on Runner’s World about alcohol. I interviewed real runners who got sober and discussed the role running played in that sobriety, and I interviewed a cardiologist to talk about the health effects of alcohol consumption.
